Usuthu PRO Philani Mabaso said the management was looking at many options to keep Moshoeu.

“The management will sit down with him regarding his future in the team. There are many options that are being considered at the moment with regards to the role he’s earmarked to play given his status.”

The 1998 World Cup representative said he has not been approached by the club about a contract renewal.

“Personally, I still want to play because I believe I have a lot to offer on the field. If I’m not given a contract, chances are I will leave then,” said Moshoeu.

Meanwhile, midfielder Effort Sithole is likely to stay at Usuthu as negotiations over a new contract are close to being completed.

“I am happy here and despite not getting much game time, I believe I will get my chance and help the team reach their goal,” said the soft spoken Sithole who joined from Golden Arrows three seasons ago.
