Mosia, who has been plying his trade in Europe since 2003 with Chelsea (England), Westerlo and Oud-Heverlee Leuven (both Belgium), returned to South Africa a few weeks ago with the intention of playing in the PSL this season
Thanda manager Thabang Gumede has confirmed that the 23-year-old Hammarsdale-born midfielder will not be signed, even though he did well during his short stay with the club.
“Boy-Boy proved to be a very good player during the time he was training with us, but the problem is we have many players playing the same position as him, so the technical team decided against signing him.”
Gumede has told snl24.com/kickoff that leftback Isaac Leshabane, who was put on transfer by Orlando Pirates during the off-season, is still training with the team and they will be making a decision on him before Friday.
Meanwhile, Thanda Royal Zulu have promoted defender, Siyabonga Mfeka from their development team.
