The once popular Chiefs winger says since football is his way of making a living he has remained fit while keeping an eye on the January transfer window.
“By January I should have a team because by then teams will have discovered areas where they need to strengthen. That’s why I am keeping fit all the time here.
“I can smell my return to football. I have told myself that I don’t need to give up yet because I am gaining inspiration from people around me and I still have a passion for the game.
“I see no reason why I should lose hope of ever getting to play again. I am still hard at training, jogging on the beach in the morning and keeping my touch on the ball by playing for a local amateur team on Sundays.”
The winger last played at Zulu Royals. He first began playing as professional at QwaQwa Stars in 1994 while still a teenager. From there he moved to Kaizer Chiefs and then Ria Stars and City Pillars.
