Ndlela’s manager Steve Kapeluschnik says Sundowns have decided against releasing the lanky Frankfort-born striker after coach, Gordon Igesund indicated that he is in their plans for the Absa Premiership second round and the African Champions League which is set to start next month.

“The Israeli team was very keen to sign Ndlela and had already begun negotiating with Sundowns. But they have changed their minds about releasing the striker after Igesund indicated to us that the player has a big role in his future plans for the team.

“In short, Ndlela is no longer going to play in Israel, he is staying with Sundowns,” Kapeluschnik added.

The Brazilians have already boosted their striking force by signing striker Brian Aldave from Uruguay and Chris Makhoba from First Division Coastal Stream Nathi Lions.
