Bucs’ boss, Irvin Khoza has made no secret that the culprit, who is said to have received R56 000 to convince Mokoena not renew his contract, will be brought to book and would be shown the door if found guilty of the offence.

Club communications manager, Mickey Modisane, confirms that the investigation is still ongoing.

“The investigations are still going on and the case is being handled by the chairman Mr Khoza at the highest level,” Modisane says.

Meanwhile, Modisane has revealed that both Williams Okpara and Brandon Silent could still get their benefit games at Orlando Pirates.

“At this stage I cannot make a comment on that issue as it is being handled by our marketing team, but I understand that there are plans to have such activity in the team.”
