accreditation

The last day of the 2016/17 Absa Premiership will be on Saturday, 27 May 2017 while the NFD will finish a day later.

All fixtures on the last day of both the Absa Premiership and NFD will kick off simultaneously at 15h00. The simultaneous kick-off will also apply on the penultimate fixtures on 17 May 2017.

The League, however, has not yet confirmed the date for the 2017 Nedbank Cup final. This will be announced in due course.

The released fixtures (now available on www.PSL.co.za) include catch-up matches for Mamelodi Sundowns and also some adjustments to accommodate South African clubs that are participating in the CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup.

It is a known fact that the 2016/17 season has presented the League with a number of challenges, mainly from external factors including the 2016 Summer Olympics, the 2017 CAF Africa Cup of Nations and the participation of Mamelodi Sundowns in both the CAF Champions League and FIFA Club World Cup.
