According to Usuthu's website, over 200 KwaDlangezwa residents came to support the event, which was held in honour of the former AmaZulu stars.
Mkhwanazi, a striker, passed away on 12 September 2008. Biyela, a midfielder, died on 17 September 2012.
The teams performed a march for the fallen duo, whose families were also presented with a framed jersey by AmaZulu official Hazel Makhanya.
Eshowe United beat New Heroes 1-0 in the final to claim the R16 000 prize money.
