This season the striker has already scored 13 goals in the league and was on top of his game when he got injured.
According to a reliable source close to the player, the current DStv Premiership leading scorer is recovering very well from his injury and it is just a matter of time before he joins the rest of his teammates.
"At the moment he's still out and it's affecting the SuperSport team you know," a source tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"We will see what happens in the near future. Good thing is that he is taking this very well, he is not worried about the top goalscorer, he is more worried about where the team finishes.
"It doesn't really play on his mind. But I think in another week or so he will be back. Remember they said he was going to be out for four to six weeks I think. And it's about four weeks now.
"But he says he's feeling good now. The biokineticist and the coach will meet this week and decide what they are going to do."
