Chiefs have ventured into the transfer market to bolster their squad for next season after parted ways with a number of players recently.

Amakhosi are currently having three goalkeepers, Bruce Bvuma, Itumeleng Khune and Brandon Petersen after parting ways with Daniel Akpeyi last week.

This publication has gathered that Tshabalala is set to join Kamohelo Mahlatsi and Dillon Solomons from Swallows FC on the way to Naturena next season.

"Kaizer Chiefs are looking for a young goalkeeper, and Tshabalala fits the profile.

"He played for Kaizer Chiefs reserve team before joining Swallows FC and the club has identified him as a potential signing for next season," said the source.

Tshabalala has also played for Orlando Pirates and Bidvest Wits juniors before turning professional a few years ago.

Amakhosi has also been linked with Portugal-based midfielder, Kobamelo Kodisang.
