According to a source, the former Magesi FC midfielder is currently sitting home as he is busy ironing out some issues with the Limpopo side.
"The boy is currently relaxing ekasi. Chippa United are interested and waiting for his clearance from Black Leopards. According to my understanding his contract there is finished, but they want him to stay," the source tells KickOff.com.
When contacted for comment on the player's situation, Black Leopards general manager Tshifiwa 'Chief' Thidiela indicates that Tshepe is no longer their player.
"Who? Karabo Tshepe was released months ago," Thidiela responds. "A clearance and being released are two different things. A clearance is a paper to say 'you can go play for whom'."
Pressed further on if by that he meant the player was now free to join any team of his choice, Thidiela adds: "Ja, he was released long time ago. How can he wait for a clearance while sitting at home not playing?"
