Chippa United striker Zulu ahead of Absa Premiership clash with Bidvest Wits

Chippa will host the Students at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, having last lost a game on 26 August in a 3-0 defeat to Maritzburg United.

Since then Roger Sikhakhane’s team drew 1-1 against Ajax Cape Town, beat Moroka Swallows 2-0, and recorded 1-0 wins over Orlando Pirates and AmaZulu before drawing 1-1 against champions Mamelodi Sundowns.

“This is a great winning streak for us,” Zulu tells “I’m confident that we will win because we don’t play for a draw when we play at home, we always go for a win.

“We want to do this for our fans because they have been loyal to us and always there to give us extra support whether we are playing at home or not. This is a big match and we have to win it,” concludes the Kaizer Chiefs-bound forward, who was left out of Shakes Mashaba's Bafana Bafana squad for this month's final Afcon qualifiers against Sudan and Nigeria.

The Chilli Boys are eighth on the table with 14 points from nine fixtures - level with Wits, and 11 points adrift of leaders Chiefs.
