Chippa United have been taken to the PSL Dispute Resolution Chambers yet again after failing to meet their part of the agreement in the matter relating to their former coach Gavin Hunt and his technical team.

Hunt was at Chippa along with his assistant Ian Taylor and technical director Roy Limongelli.

The three joined the club at the beginning of the season but left the club just three months later.

Hunt was initially placed on suspension in November last year after just 10 games in charge before being shown the door the following month.

He then left with Taylor and Limongelli who have a joint case with the PSL relating to the non-payment of their settlement fees on the agreed dates.

When the separation negotiation was being done the trio were all due to receive their monies on a certain date.

However, with Chippa not paying on the agreed date, the trio’s legal representatives have filed a case with the PSL DRC in a bid to recover the dues.

Hunt, who had been with Kaizer Chiefs prior to that, agreed to a two-year contract when he joined and is believed to have agreed to a settlement of a couple of months when going parting ways with the club.

The three have not moved on to new clubs as yet with Hunt set for a learning trip to Manchester City next week.

Chippa have faced several cases at the PSL DRC through the years related to breach of contracts and money matters.

Kurt Lentjies has since taken over as head coach at Chippa.
