KickOff.com has been informed that Dan Malesela's hunt for a new job could be over as soon as this week.
Malesela has been without a job since being sacked at Chippa United at the beginning of April after his fourth stint with the Eastern Cape-based club.
Information reaching this website is that the 56-year-old is being engaged by Marumo Gallants while two other PSL clubs have also been mentioned.
Gallants have been a pile of chaos this season with Sebastien Migne and Jean Francois Loscuito leaving in frustration early in the season.
Raymond Mdaka has since taken over in his first coaching job with a PSL club, but the crisis is evident in the results column with the Limpopo at the bottom of the standings without a win from nine games.
Gallants are the only club yet to win a match this season.
Malesela has been a target for Gallants even prior to the appointment of Mdaka but agreements couldn’t be reached.
Though Chippa United are also battling in the bottom half without a win in nine games club boss Siviwe Mpengesi has taken the unusual route of patience with Gavin Hunt and so the option of returning there for Malesela is not even being considered.
Malesela told KickOff.com that returning to Chippa will only be on his conditions which include being given a minimum of 20 games and not having certain people at the club.
His last stay at Chippa last just 16 games.
