The Argentine forward, who was the top scorer in the league last term with 36 goals, has penned a five-year contract and will earn £6.3m per season.

The 28-year-old passed a medical and agreed personal terms with the Italian champions on Friday, with Juve since agreeing to match his release clause.

In Turin Higuain will form a formidable striking combination with 22-year-old compatriot Paulo Dybala, who hit 19 goals last term.

Higuain becomes the Bianconeri's fifth summer recruit following the capture of Miralem Pjanic, Dani Alves, Medhi Benatia and Marko Pjaca.
