In this edition of My Dream Team, popular dribbling wizard Tshepo 'Skhwama' Matete reveals the 11 best players he wishes to play with in the same team one day.

GK - Itumeleng Khune : For his distribution

LB - Tsietsi Mahoa: A good defender who knew how to pass the ball.

CB - Mbulelo Mabizela: A good player who can lead from the back.

CB - Morgan Gould: A real leader and he's very strong, height wise good.

RB - Happy Jele: A cool, calm and collected hard worker.

CM - Jabulani Maluleke: Kick technique wise he is very good.

CM - Kagiso Senamela : He's one of the best players from East rand. He's from Vosloo in my Kasi.

RW - Jabu Pule: Shavula he could take on three or four players with ease. Shavula used to score with his head and everything. Shavula was a typical winger.

LW - Scara Ngobese: That's an icon eKasi. I grew up following him, watching every game he played in Kasi

ST - Siphamandla Sangweni: He played for the U- 23s, Orlando Pirates once loaned him to Baroka and that is where we met.

CM - Junior Khanye: He was more mobile, that's why I wouldn't play him on the wing. A very skillful player overall.

The 30-year-old left-winger who can also play as a full-back is currently a free agent and looking for a team.

Baroka FC, University of Pretoria FC and eSwatini giants Mbabane Highlanders are some of the clubs the dreadlocked star had an opportunity to play for so far in his career.

Though it is dominated by ballplayers like him, Matete believes his dream team is perfectly balanced.

"The best way to defend sometimes is to attack you know,” Matete tells snl24.com/kickoff.

"The people I have selected here I think their players were short-lived, but we will never forget them, we haven't forgotten them even today. There are players who played football for more than 10 years but today we've forgotten all about them. So these guys I have selected did make an impact on South African players. So this is a great team, it's just that their careers were short-lived,” he said.
