SuperSport United coach Kaitano Tembo believes tonight's meeting with Mamelodi Sundowns will be an entertaining spectacle.

The Brazilians trail log leaders Orlando Pirates by six points with three games in hand and a win against Matsatsantsa would help them close the gap at the top of the table.

A loss for Matsatsantsa would put their title aspirations in serious doubt after they dropped two valuable points in a home draw with Polokwane City on Sunday.

Tembo says he will prepare his team properly for the challenge of facing Pitso Mosimane's side at Loftus Stadium.

"We're gonna take it like any other game and prepare for it properly, thats very important," said Tembo.

"The performance against Polokwane City will give us confidence going into the game. I think it's one game we want to win and I know they also want to win.

"It's gonna be an interesting game, it's gonna be an exciting game, a tough game for both teams," he added.

SuperSport are set to welcome back striker Mxolisi Macuphu after he missed the last league game against Rise and Shine due to suspension. Tembo has hailed the return of Macuphu as a huge boost to his striking force.

"Mxolisi has been scoring goals for us and I think we missed him [against Polokwane]. He is lethal in front of goal and we missed him. It is good that he is coming back to add more fire up front."
