"If you can remember well Makhehleni Makhaula suffered the same injury when he was at Highlands Park, at the very same age as Sifiso," Ntshangase tells KickOff.
"I'm mentioning these two because they are both my clients and I know their lifestyle.
"The way they handle themselves off the pitch it's what makes them consistent on the pitch.
"The way you treat your body, rehabilitation, plus accepting you are injured...You will always find it easy to regain your form.
"Because remember, you sustained the injury while playing.
"For two seasons Makhaula's form has never dropped.
"Sometimes you find an injured player not focusing on his healing process as he is supposed be doing, he is not attending the sessions the way he is supposed to be doing.
"Injuries are stronger to players who are around 29 years and older compared to those who are 19 or 20."
