Phiri has attracted interest from the Turkish top-flight in recent weeks while Keagan Dolly is currently back in South Africa where he is awaiting his next move with the hope of remaining in Europe.
They're not the only South Africa internationals available at present, with veteran duo Dean Furman and May Mahlangu also recently becoming free agents.
In the PSL, Lucky Mohomi's contract with Mamelodi Sundowns recently expired after his loan stint with SuperSport United while Botswana star Mogakolodi Ngele was among a host of players who left Marumo Gallants.
Former Kaizer Chiefs midfielders George Lebese and Siphelele Ntshangase are both also without clubs but have started training with top-flight outfits Swallows FC and Sekhukhune United respectively.
