The Buccaneers and Baroka settled for a share of the spoils in DStv Premiership action at Orlando Stadium on Thursday evening.
Thobejane felt the Limpopo out had a few chances of their own, but says they need to be converted.
"As I've told you, this is about quality, precision, accuracy, intensity, power, strength. If that is the case, I don't see any problem with Baroka moving upward," Thobejane told SuperSport TV.
"But what can we do? Two clear chances, Sithole just bent it far post, then it's football, what can we say, we must just accept it and move forward and look into the next game.
"What we need is three points but with this one, it's better than nothing.
"Less chances and in football less chances it will always mean nothing but more chances, if you create 30 chances, you can score one or two, it's not obvious.
"One on one with the goalkeeper, you will always miss but what can I say? What I love about these boys, is just that only if they understand themselves to know are they in this pitch.
"Then there's nothing wrong, we'll enjoy the game. Game after game we'll enjoy and get what we want. That is what I'm looking at, only if they can get themselves right these boys.
"I should think building from that game to this one, to me even if we need three points, game by game, this one let's just accept it.
"Let's just accept the result, we don't have the complain after the last whistle, we'll accept anything, even if we had lost, we have to accept it, because it's football."
