Kapinga has been one of the standout players in the league this season, having proven hugely influential in Leopards’ rise from the relegation zone.
The 24-year-old winger was perhaps unlucky not to have picked up the man-of-the-match award during their last league match against Orlando Pirates in Soweto, after putting in another excellent performance.
Eymael believes that Kapinga can become the next Percy Tau in local football, with a bright future ahead if he continues to be guided by top coaches.
“He improved and developed so much after I arrived there. He needs to build his body and continue working hard,” said Eymael.
“If he can continue to work under good coaches, I believe he can be second-best to Percy Tau.”
The Belgian coach, who resigned last week, has since been replaced by former AmaZulu coach Cavin Johnson at Lidoda Duvha.
