Eymael has been ordered to go back to Rise and Shine after the club took him to the DRC for breach of contract. The Belgian coach last month resigned from the Limpopo-based outfit and joined Celtic on a two-and-a-half-year deal just one day later.
Eymael, however, vowed he will not work at City again as he fears for his life.
Siwelele CEO Khumbulani Konco has since confirmed the ruling is being contested.
"We have officially lodged the appeal," says Konco.
"We still waiting for the date."
