Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane trying to figure out where he'll play Emiliano Tade

Tade, who was signed by Sundowns last Thursday, made an early statement by scoring on debut in Sundowns’ 3-1 victory over Ivorian side ASEC Mimosas in the CAF Champions League at Lucas Moripe Stadium on Friday night, after coming on as a substitute. The victory took Sundowns to the top of Group A on six points.

Mosimane was happy man after seeing Tade getting his first goal and is hoping that it’s just the beginning of great things to come from the Argentine forward.

“You can’t ask for more from Emmiliano. I think five or 10 minutes, it’s like he has been playing for Sundowns for a long time,” said Mosimane.

“Composed, typical of South Americans. What a way of introducing yourself to the team,” he added.

Mosimane says he is yet to decide where he is going to play Tade, who has the ability to do well in various attacking positions. Tade was not used as a typical number nine at AmaZulu, more often playing in a number 10 role.

"He comes with lots of experience, lots of goals. But what is important is to fit in. The biggest challenge is where to play him. He is not a winger, not a nine, he is a 10. [Gaston] Sirino plays well as a 10 for us. That creates problems for me,” added 'Jingles'.
