The former University of Pretoria midfielder is currently aiming to improve his fitness, and physical conditioning before making a return to the starting line-up.

Zungu insists he has no regrets about returning to play in South Africa again this season.

"It was a decision with my family to come back to SA," Zungu said.

"I decided to come back, I had a personal reasons why I had to come back, and I don't have any regrets about my career.

"It's just like anything in life, you go through ups and downs, and that's what happened with me.

"I am not the last person to face such a situation, other people do face similar situations.

"Me coming back doesn’t mean there was something wrong or I failed, people can say whatever, but I am happy.

"I come from nothing, I worked hard, and I worked to play in Europe, and I came back due to personal reasons, thats all.

"There is nothing about failing.

"I am happy, my family is proud of me, and I am proud of myself.

"Now I am at Sundowns, and there is no looking back, I have to try and help the team reach even greater heights."
