Mamelodi Sundowns coach Rulani Mokwena has hailed the performance of midfielder Lesedi Kapinga in a stark turnaround of the player's fortunes.
Kapinga made an impressive return to the Brazilians' starting line-up in a 3-2 victory against Richards Bay United in the Nedbank Cup on Tuesday.

It is a remarkable turnaround for Kapinga after initially requesting to leave Chloorkop in the January transfer window.
"He showed that he is here, with a very good contribution to what was a good team performance," Mokwena said.
"Very proud of him, he knows how much I like him as a footballer and as a human being.
"A very good person and quiet guy but works very hard, and this is what we expect from everybody that gets to represent the club.
"He took his opportunity very well, he could have scored one or two with better decision-making but very proud of him.
"As I am proud of Sipho Mbule, proud of Bongani Zungu, proud of Mosa Lebusa.
"Denis was good despite the goals he conceded, his build-up play was exceptional, and his distribution was good.
"Proud of Peter Shalulile, and proud of Ralani, he was good, also the substitutes, Kutumela was good, with good movement was good to see Rivaldo Coetzee on the pitch.
"AJ was good when he came on and kept things quiet and controlled, as I said, very good individual performances and hence the team was good today."
