"It's very simple, it's what we are doing within our structure," Masilela tells KickOff.

"At Sundowns, players are signed to compete at the highest level.

"That's why we recruit these top players. We want to maintain this.

"To keep winning, you must maintain. And to maintain, you must keep on bringing in the right players.

"So, we are doing well because we signed good players, and we have an excellent technical team.

"The team is playing well because this is how Rulani wants them to play, this is how the team plays.

"It starts from the Under-8, 9 10 age groups. Everything is done in the same way.

"We teach them how to play, and not just to kick the ball and run.

"We've opened such a huge gap at the top of the standings because we wan't to feature in the Champions League.

"You cannot play in the Champions League if you don't win the domestic league in your own country.

"You must arrive there in Africa as the best team in your country.

"I'm optimistic that this Sundowns team is going to add another star."
