The Red Devils will face neighbours Manchester City, Borussia Dortmund and Galatasaray in the Far East as part of their preparations for the new campaign.

Ibrahimovic joined United on a free transfer earlier this month after he decided to leave Paris-Saint Germain at the end of his contract, having spent the last four years in the French capital.

But the 34-year-old striker will not be featuring on Tour 2016, as was widely reported last week, with Mourinho giving him time off following his involvement in Euro 2016 with Sweden.

Fellow new recruits Eric Bailly and Henrikh Mikhitaryan will both be going, though, along with skipper Wayne Rooney, David De Gea, Chris Smalling, Paddy McNair and Marcus Rashford - who all played at the European Championship as well.

Luke Shaw also makes the trip after recovering from a broken leg, which sidelined him for much of the previous season, while teenage centre-back Axel Tuanzebe gets another chance to impress after performing well in the 2-0 win over Wigan on Saturday.
