Jose Mourinho's side defeated Premier League champions Leicester City 2-1 to win the Community Shield on Sunday.

Jesse Lingard opened the scoring in the 32nd minute before Jamie Vardy brought Leicester level just seven minutes into the second half. With the match nearing the end of regulation time, Ibrahimovic, who was playing in his first competitive game for the Red Devils, headed home the winner in the 83rd minute.

"It feels good. It was the first game we played, for a trophy, and we won," Ibrahimovic told BT Sport. "This is my 31st trophy and I'm super happy. This is why I came and hopefully I can win many more than this.

"It was a difficult game. You can see they're a strong team. With our team, something big is going on but we are at the beginning and we have started with a high."

Ibrahimovic hasn't been at United long, only joining the team on a one-year deal last month. However, he already seems taken by the Old Trafford outfit, asserting that it's the most high-profile club he has played for in his career. For a man who has represented Barcelona, AC Milan, and Paris St-Germain, he certainly has a few big names to compare it to.

"Perhaps it is the biggest club I've played at. The only one I can compare it to is Milan," he said.
