The Premier Soccer League have confirmed seven suspensions for the midweek DStv Premiership fixtures, including a Mamelodi Sundowns co-coach.

League action returns this evening with no less than four fixtures scheduled, which include big guns Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns.

The Brazilians, who are still mourning the loss of defender Motjeka Madisha, are set to host top flight rookies TS Galaxy without the services of co-coach Manqoba Mngqithi at Loftus Versfeld this evening.

Mnqithi was sent off during their 1-1 draw with Maritzburg United 10 days ago, and will also miss their next fixture against Golden Arrows on Saturday afternoon.

Chiefs will be out at Lucas Moripe Stadium against SuperSport United, who will be minus midfield ace Teboho Mokoena after he picked up his fourth yellow card of the season in their 2-1 win over Maritzburg in their last run-out back in November.

Tonight's other two fixtures include a Western Cape derby between Stellenbosch FC and Cape Town City - both of whom will enjoy the full compliment of their squads, while the Team of Choice will miss Keagan Buchanan when they visit Swallows FC.

On Wednesday evening, Ronald Pfumbidzai, who was sent off in the MTN8 final defeat to Orlando Pirates on the weekend, will sit out of Bloemfontein Celtic's hosting of Baroka.

Meshack Maphangule will be absent in Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila's clash against Venda rivals Black Leopards, while Mduduzi Sibeko will miss Chippa United's trip to Orlando Pirates and Lehlohonolo Moajoro sits out AmaZulu's hosting of KwaZulu-Natal rivals Golden Arrows.
