Maritzburg United coach Eric Tinkler admits it will be hard for them to survive relegation as the season reaches its end.
Speaking after their defeat against Orlando Pirates on Wednesday night, Tinkler said it will be very hard now because whatever they do, they have to depend on other results.
Tinkler knows nothing is guaranteed and is hoping for the best of luck in the final few matches.
"We are in a very tough situation. Wven if we beat Black Leopards and Baroka, we have to pray they lose all their remaining games, which is hard. Nothing is guaranteed now, they are also fighting for their lives," the coach admitted.
"Our focus now is to make sure we don't drop points, we need to get results, grab opportunities with both hands. Our luck has to change because we've been unlucky this season, losing games that we were supposed to draw or win."
Tinkler feels it will be an exciting match against Leopards because of the way they approach games, and for them they have to make sure they are strong enough to compete with them.
"It is a massive game. At least they are a team that want to play football, they don't sit back, they can play. We just have to match them and get that win."
