Baroka FC captain Mduduzi Mdantsane says both Bakgaga and Free State Stars are desperate to come up with all three points tonight.
The Telkom Knockout champions are currently 15th on the log table while Stars are 13th, but only one point separates the two sides as they both flirt with the threat of relegation.
"It's going to be a very difficult game that one, but it's going to be an open game because both teams are looking for a win, they are desperate," Mdantsane tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"It's their home game you see, so we must go there with open eyes. But three points is what we are looking for, though it won't be easy hey. Playing at their home is not easy."
The former Kaizer Chiefs MDC midfielder says despite their poor performance this season, coach Wedson Nyirenda remains supportive.
"The coach continues to encourage us, telling us there are still lot of games left, we still have chances. So once you win one game or two games there's a big difference. So we have to take one game at a time," he continues.
"He encourages us to focus on the next game, it's not over yet. We are going to fight there, but only the results will show if our fight was enough or what. I don't think we will go to the playoffs, we are too positive you see and we are not giving up.
"A lot can still happen, the supporters must support us. Be with us although we haven't enjoyed a good season, we've disappointed them, but their support it's what we need now."
