Morena Ramoreboli takes legal route following Bloemfontein Celtic exit

Ramoreboli joined Celtic in July last year as head of development and MDC team head coach but was then shifted to work as first team assistant coach in September. This formed part of the club’s policy to rotate their assistant coaches in a move that saw Lehlohonolo Seema and Duncan Lechesa moving to work with the MDC team.

However, when Serame Letsoaka parted ways with the club at the end of October – Ramoreboli also then followed suit at the end of the year in a ‘silent’ departure.

This website has now been informed that a case of breach of contract is now being pursued by the lawyers representing Ramoreboli.

The circumstances around the breach of contract are yet to be explained though Ramoreboli’s contract with Celtic was supposed to be still running up to now.

In the meantime, Ramoreboli – who previously worked as head coach of Maluti FET College masterminding the famous 4-1 Nedbank Cup victory over Orlando Pirates in 2013 – is already being linked with a move to another club.
