The South Africa youth international midfielder joined Pirates after emerging as one of the most sought-after talents in the Premier Soccer League during his three seasons at Baroka.
He amassed 92 appearances across all competitions for Bakgaga playing in a deep-lying playmaker role and his form naturally attracted the attention of the national team and interest from abroad.
But Pirates acted swiftly to secure the 21-year-old on a four-year contract and he's made an immediate impact with two goals in his first four games for the Soweto giants.
"I didn’t think the opportunity to start games would come so soon," he said, as per the club's website. "I expected to spend some time adapting to the team’s style, but the chance came and I grabbed it."
Mosele scored last weekend in their impressive 3-1 comeback over Chippa United which moved Pirates into fourth-place in the top-flight and his display also earned him a senior national team call-up.
"I'm encouraged by how I've performed. All I can say is if you work hard, things will go well for you. Yeah, I'm quite proud of how I've played so far and I want to continue doing well," he said before opening up on the Sundowns challenge.
"It's important that we play well on Saturday. Whichever team gels well will have the upper hand. It's a big game, and we're up for it."
Mosele is now just four games away from reaching the impressive 100 appearances milestone in South African football.
