Swallows FC have bolstered their squad with the signing of Bongani Sam from Orlando Pirates on deadline day.

The Dube Birds are able to register new players once again after their transfer ban was lifted by FIFA last week.

The Soweto side have now brought in Sam from the Buccaneers, after the player spent the first half of the season on loan at Maritzburg United.

The 25-year-old made nine appearances for the Team of Choice in the first half of the 2022/2023 and scored one goal as well.

Sam is second player to join the Dube Birds after their transfer ban was lifted following the arrival of Evans Rusike, who already made his debut against SuperSport United this past weekend.
