snl24.com/kickoff confirmed this morning that 'Jingles' has already been offered the coaching position at Egyptian giants Al Ahly to succeed Rene Weiler.
It is now understood that the Sundowns president has called a meeting at Chloorkop to discuss a way forward with regards to the latest developments.
"The president has called an emergency meeting to discuss the issue of the coach," a source at Sundowns reveals. "The club is expected to release a statement this afternoon."
Efforts to get hold of Brazilians official Yogesh Singh and Mosimane to confirm the coach's resignation proved futile, with both not picking up calls.
