Anas was taken to hospital after hurting his ankle in his side's 1-0 win over his former club Free State Stars at Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday night.

However, the Ghanaian says the knock is not too bad.

"I'm fine, I'm okay," he tells snl24.com/kickoff.

"It's not that bad, they stepped on me.

"Ja, it's fine now, it's just that it's swollen a bit."

Rise and Shine, in seventh spot on the table with seven points from five games, next visit log leaders Bidvest Wits at Bidvest Stadium on Friday.

Anas was linked with a move to Wits from Stars prior to joining City in June.
