The fact is that from these five clubs – Baroka, Swallows, TS Galaxy, Chippa United and Maritzburg United – one of them will be relegated while the second last finisher will head into the dreaded relegation/promotion play-offs against Cape Town All Stars and either University of Pretoria or Richards Bay.
Matters to decide who gains automatic promotion from the GladAfrica Championship will be put to rest on Sunday with leaders Richards Bay at home to Cape Town Spurs while second-placed University of Pretoria welcome Hungry Lions.

The Limpopo club is desperately in need of all three points in their bid to at least avoid the automatic chop.
A defeat to Matsatsantsa coupled with a win for Swallows will send them back to the first division with a game to spare.

After tomorrow’s game, Baroka travels to Maritzburg United where they will close off their campaign.

Swallows will then make the short trip to Kaizer Chiefs on the last day.
The Rockets have put in a good fight of late with a single defeat from the last five and need to win at home against Marumo Gallants to avoid complications when they travel to Chippa on the last day.
Though Chippa are without defeat in their last five and need to continue with that streak at Swallows to secure their safety by avoiding the prospect of getting sucked into the playoffs mess by the time they play TS Galaxy on the last day.
With their game against Orlando Pirates postponed, the Team of Choice could secure their PSL stay if results go their way this weekend.
Their other remaining game is against Baroka.
