Former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Reneilwe Letsholonyane is open to play for any club in the PSL after his contact with SuperSport United ended.

'Yeye' joined Matsatsantsa in 2016 after nearly a decade with Amakhosi and the 37-year-old is not planning to retire.

With teams looking to boost their squads ahead of the new season, Letsholonyane is available to join any club and also commented about his chat with AmaZulu coach Cavin Johnson.

"I'm done with SuperSport as you know, I'm now a free agent and available for any club that needs my services," Letsholonyane said.

"I really can't say where I'm going but I'm sure my agent is currently busy with that. My chat with Cavin Johnson was mainly about development as we are in an Engen event.

"In regards where I'm going, like I said if something good comes up you will know, it can be Gauteng or KZN, we never know."

The veteran midfielder did not want to comment about his former team Chiefs, who are currently suffering a four-year trophy drought, the worst ever period in their history.

"I'm not in a good position to comment about other teams," he said. "I'm still a player, so I can't really comment. It is what it is and they know as players what to do to help the club get back where it belongs."
