Chauke - a popular die-hard Orlando Pirates supporter - recently jumped ship in leaving the "Sea Robbers" for league newcomers Royal AM.
Mnisi has refuted claims that Chauke was being paid to switch her allegiances.
"There's no such thing as signing a supporter, and we don't sign supporters. Supporters will move from time to time to another team.
"By the way, MamaJoy was a supporter of Wits University and then moved to Orlando Pirates.
"Now she has moved again to Mamkhize because seemingly she likes what is taking place at Royal AM. A team that is owned by a woman.
"Probably that might be the reason from what I heard. She's not like a player who's getting a signing-on fee. She has joined Royal AM as a supporter.
"People must provide proof as they like to create stories and a lot of issues out of nothing. They must show us the contract that she has signed, and for how much."
