Reported leading candidate Brandon Truter has confirmed talks to take over as head coach of DStv Premiership side Sekhukhune United.
Truter is believed to be the overwhelming favourite to replace the outgoing Kaitano Tembo after an underwhelming start to the season.
The former Swallows mentor recently parted company with AmaZulu after 19 matches in charge and is now being earmarked to make a swift return to the dugout.
United are looking to move clear of the relegation zone as they currently sit 15th in the DStv Premiership standings.
Truter is reported to be leading a three-man race ahead of experienced campaigners Ernst Middendorp and John Maduka.
"I also hear the same thing [being a leading candidate]," Truter tells KickOff.
