Supersport United have received a much needed boost ahead of their nest Dstv Premiership encounter.

Though not yet hundred percent fit, top goalscorer Bradley Grobler started training with the rest of the team on Wednesday.

Grobler had to miss Monday's top of the table encounter against Mamelodi Sundowns due to flu.

According to an insider Matsatsantsa are trying all they could to get the former Bafana Bafana striker ready for the six pointer against Richards Bay FC.

The Natal Richboyz are currently second on the Dstv Premiership table with 29 points gathered, while United are sitting on 27 points.

Both teams have played equal number of league matches, 16.

"Yes Bradley is back, he started training today," A source tells KickOff.

Bradley's father Les Grobler who played for Moroka Swallows, also confirmed the latest on his son.

"Yes he is back, he had flu last week, he was out for a week he wasn't well.

"There were quite a few [Players] in the team that had picked up flu, but all those players should be back this week.

"It turned out it wasn't Covid...Listen, when they talk about the Covid or Flu now they talk about the same thing. It's the same symptoms.

"Ja it wasn't anything serious it was just very mild.

"So I'm sure they will be available to play this weekend.

"Ja people got to be careful of Covid it hasn't gone away it is still there."
