Tlolane joined United on loan in January and quickly established himself as a key figure in helping the KwaZulu-Natal side revive their fortunes in the second round of the season.

The former Chippa United defender's loan deal was set to end next week but team manager Quintin Jettoo has confirmed that Tlolane has returned to Pietermaritzburg.

"Yes it's true, we are going to keep him until the end of the season," Jettoo tells KickOff.com.

Jettoo has declared a clean bill of health in the team after the Maritzburg players underwent health and fitness tests this week.

"We have the tests. Our results are good and no one tested positive [for coronavirus]," he adds.
