Kadodia first thanked the South African football community for the support they have given the club and the Bartman family during this difficult time.
"We've received so many heartwarming messages from all football-loving families in our country, and during this time we felt your love and comfort," he said.
Bartman was born in Maritzburg, and Kadodia revealed the late goalkeeper coach was passionate about the city of Mgungundlovu and that all he wanted to do was see more players from the area playing professional football.
"In this world we are all visitors, some stay longer and some shorter, unfortunately today we mourn the loss of a great man in Bartman. When he joined Maritzburg United he made it clear he wanted to contribute in our city, through playing and coaching as a home boy."
Kadodia also said it will be hard to find peace with his passing, but his contribution to the game will comfort them as a family and a club.
"We will find it hard to have peace with his passing, we believe as a football family we will feel his absence daily. To the Bartman family, we will always be with you."
Kaizer Chiefs was represented by Cecil Motaung, Itumeleng Khune, Eric Mathoho and Vina Maphosa, who shared an emotional message from the club.
Representatives of Royal Eagles, AmaZulu and Maritzburg were also amongst those who came to pay their respects to the giant who lost his battle with meningitis last Tuesday.
