South Africa international midfielder May Mahlangu has penned a new two-year deal in Europe after a successful loan spell with Premier Liga side Ordabassy.
Mahlangu, 30, spent a season-long loan in the Kazakhstan top-flight from Bulgarian outfit Ludogorets Razgrad and became an ever-present figure for the side who finished in third place.
As a result, Ordabassy qualified for the 2020/21 UEFA Europa League campaign and have now roped in the 19-time capped Bafana Bafana midfielder permanently.
"Midfielder from South Africa, May Mahlangu signed a new agreement with the club and will continue to play for Shymkents," read a statement on the club's website.
"Last season, Mahlangu spent in the Ordabasy, he featured in 29 matches, scored three goals and registered two assists."
It now marks the sixth permanent club for the nomadic midfielder in the last six years since leaving Helsingborgs.
