Allende was with the Uruguayan Primera Division club from January 2020.
The two played together in the Copa Libertadores and the Primera Division last year while the season before they also featured together wearing the same colours in the league.
Milesi plays as a central midfielder.
Mosimane has already signed Brazilian hitman Marco 'Marcao' Amaral, Gambian attacker Modou Barrow and Saudi international winger Sumayhan Al-Nabit through the January transfer window.
The former Bafana Bafana coach is unbeaten in 13 games in Saudi Arabia and has led the popular club to the top of the second division with their promotion and title destiny now firmly in their own hands.
