Captain Mary Kubu who is handling Shakoane’s case confirms that ‘Goldfinger’ will appear in the Garankuwa Magistrate’s court on November 14.
Shakoane is alleged to have committed the offence at the Morula Sun hotel a fortnight ago.
Unconfirmed reports from Chloorkop claim that Shakoane has been suspended from his duties at the Brazilians pending the outcome of his case.
