The couple's wedding was attended by friends, relatives, well wishers from both South Africa and Swaziland, and his teammates at Matsatsantsa A Pitori, who included Siboniso Gaxa, Maimane Phiri, Tony Tsabedze, Sibusiso Mahlangu, Siphiwe Mkhonza, Ricardo Katza, Rudi Isaacs, Shane Poggenpoel and Bongani Khumalo.
The wedding was also graced by the Houwaart Family from Holland that included Rob and his wife, Sarah, who adopted Masina during his time with Dutch side Feyenoord Rotterdam.
Gaxa was on hand to congratulate his teammate and wished the couple a long and healthy relationship in their marriage.
“Actually, I am the one who introduced the couple to each other, so I’m happy today that I’m here to witness their wedding,” Gaxa told KickOff.com at the ceremony.
“Dennis knows that now he must be a responsible man after training or a game and go back home to be with his family! I wish them all the best in their marriage.”
Swazi national team manager Polycarp Dlamini, who nurtured Masina during his time with Mbabane Midas City juniors in his homeland, also congratulated the couple and urged them to continue with true love in their marriage.
“Dennis grew up under our hands at Midas City,” he told KickOff.com. “I have known him for past 12 years and he has always been a good and humble boy. I want to congratulate him for the great step that he has taken in his life and he is a model to our younger players on how to conduct yourself as a person.”
