National Football Association of Swaziland CEO Frederick Mngomezulu disclosed to Kick Off that the games will be part of the Cosafa Under-20 tournament preparations.

One game will be played in Swaziland with the return match in Nelspruit where the annual competition will be held later this year.

“It is true we will play two friendly games against South Africa’s Amajita. We want to gauge ourselves against the best and that is why we chose South Africa,” he said.

Mngomezulu added that they will however play Mozambique first before they host South Africa who were in the same group last year in Mafikeng. Swaziland lost 2-1 to South Africa on that occasion.

“We will play Mozambique away on November 3 in Namaacha and then again on November 24 or 25 in Swaziland.

Swaziland is in the same group as Malawi and Madagascar. Their first game is against Malawi.
