Csaba was reacting to the new format to be used for the World Cup Preliminary Draws to be held at the International Convention Centre in Durban, South Africa on Sunday.
“The second round which involves 48 teams divided into 12 groups of fours is the hardest. You need a bit of luck in the draw as well,” he said.
“The third round of 20 teams in Afcon 2010 is divided into five groups of four which is also challenging as you have to finish in the top three to qualify for Angola 2010.”
Csaba said he would sit down with Fufa after the draw to map out a way forward for the Cranes.
“We have to play a lot of friendly matches with quality sides as it is the only way for the team to achieve its goals,” he concluded.
The new format will involve 48 teams in round two divided into 12 groups of four, and play a home and away format.
Group winners and the eight best runner-ups will advance to the third round.
Round Three: The 20 teams from round two will be divided into five groups of four and play a home and away format.
The winners of the group will qualify for the South Africa 2010 World Cup while the top three teams in the five groups would qualify for Angola 2010.
