Mamelodi Sundowns loanee Kwanda Mngonyama will be making his way back to his parent club although in all liklihood the 22-year-old will be shipped out on loan once again.

As reported by KickOff in the last 24 hours defensive stalwart David Booysen and late-season hero Thamsanqa Mkhize are among those who depart the club.

The full list of departures is as follows: Mohammed Anas (transfer listed), Tawfeeq Sallie (released), Khumbulani Banda (released), David Booysen (released), Thamsanqa Mkhize (released), Menzi Chili (released), Thamsanqa Teyise (returned to SuperSport), Kwanda Mngonyama (returned to Sundowns).

Apart from trimming the fat, the Team of Choice have also secured the signature of coach Ernst Middendorp for a further two years.

“We are very happy that Ernst has signed and is starting the pre-season with the team. We will definitely have a very good pre-season preparation with the programme that he has put together, so that we are really competitive in the new season," communications manager Brain Zuma told the club website.
