Ntshumayelo’s name is on the list of players expected to be released by Pirates before the start of new season, joining teammates Yesser Mugwera, Filepe Ovono, Tshepo Gumede and Rooi Mahamutsa who are set for the exit door.

'Bibo' is on the wanted list of Gauteng rivals Bidvest Wits, however the deal now looks unlikely to happen with Wits reportedly wanting more money for midfielder Jabulani Shongwe who was set join Pirates as part of a swap deal.

This snag may allow Pretoria club SuperSport to pounce, having shown interest in bringing the Bucs man to the nation’s capital.

"Wits are interested in Bibo,” a source tells this website. “But the problem is that they want money on top of Jabulani Shongwe to Pirates.

"SuperSport has now also made contact.”

Matsatsantsa have already bolstered their ranks with the captures of Reyaad Pieterse, Reneilwe Letsholonyane and Keegan Ritchie from Kaizer Chiefs.
